Engagement

Two weekends ago I got engaged. Exciting. It was a surprise. I love him. I loved him before the engagement and after too. And hopefully forever.

He's my family.

Alpha Chi Omega - Giving Thanks To New Member Me

I feel grateful to college freshman me for going through recruitment, following her gut, and being true to herself. If she wouldn't have taken that chance she never would have been a New Member of Alpha Chi Omega. At that moment of chance and excitement, I would never have know how blessed I would feel for years and years. I am proud that I am a sister in Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity and thankful that they are an group that is strong far beyond collegiate life.

April to May

April was probably one of the busiest months so far in my life. Plus I was sick for the whole time, so that didn't help much with feeling like an active go-getter. May is finally here, with wonderful things on the horizon - one of which being my 2 year anniversary with Mr. Nic. I heart him. I'm looking forward to our little trip to Solvang, CA over memorial day weekend to just have fun and relax... and sample many wines!
