I'm still doing Weight Watchers, as I have been since last November. I've lost 21.2 lbs to date and I'm finding myself in a maintenance mode as the weight loss slows. It's been lots of hard work to stay consistent above anything else. I've only missed a few meetings/weigh in's for all the weeks I've been in the program. And I'm slowly getting to the point where I need to exercise and not just rely on changing my diet for the better. I have been eating healthy and I feel great. It's not all rainbows and happy days, but it's very easy for me to look at myself from about 9 months ago and say I never want to go back there again.
